Josef Hinkel, his wife Nicole and daughter Sophie are the nucleus of a talented team of highly committed artisans that for four generations has continued to amaze bread lovers from Düsseldorf and from far beyond.

Founded in 1891, the bakery is dedicated to sustainable and artisanal production methods exclusively with natural ingredients and sourdoughs.

Visit us at Mittelstrasse 25, just a few steps from the Carlsplatz or at Hohe Strasse 31, one block in the opposite direction.
